Shipping policy

There is no minimum order value.  For all orders over £30, we are happy to provide free delivery. There is one flat rate Delivery Fee of £5 for any orders under £30. Delivery Fee is calculated based on total value after all coupons, discounts and special offers (if any) have been applied.

When you place your order, the full cost of your order will be taken. If you need to cancel or amend your orders after payment, please email us at ovenmylovin@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will endeavour to cancel or correct where possible. However, once your order is passed onto the courier company, we cannot cancel or amend your order and we will not be able to refund you.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 courier service, which is expected to be delivered within one day. The delivery date will be confirmed and the delivery date will be based on Royal Mail. If there is a delay, please contact Royal Mail.
